Business Description: Provided software to assist in the analytics of data.
Business Problem: This Houston based software company had two underperforming Asian operations which had become a significant financial drain on the overall performance of the company as a whole.
DMG Focus: The assignment required a full-time change agent and interim manager to live in both Japan and Taiwan to restructure the operations as well as eventually replace each of the country managers with more experienced talent.
Results:
