Diablo Management Group (DMG) was retained in May 2005 by the Board of Inkra Networks, which included representatives from Norwest Venture Partners, Morganthaler Ventures, Storm Ventures, Greenstone Venture Partners, and Battery Ventures.

At the referral of Mark Medearis of Heller Ehrman, DMG was engaged to manage an orderly wind-down of company operations for Inkra Networks in various subsidiaries. DMG assumed fiduciary responsibility for the businesses and managed all required court filings, creditor negotiations and asset sale efforts.
