Business Description: The company supports businesses in collocation and housing needs, network and internet solutions, applications and systems management, managed security, monitoring solutions and remote solutions.
Business Problem:

Management required an extensive, objective operational review.

Diablo Management Group (DMG) began working with Inflow in 2004. The Board of Directors sought methods for the business to better meet its operational objectives.

DMG was responsible for evaluating the company's current market position and operational tactics and structure. DMG determined methods for improvement in each of these areas. Richard Couch was appointed Chairman of the Finance Committee and served as an advisor to the Board and President.

DMG Focus:
  1. Determine areas of operational improvement and develop an implementation plan
  2. Gather necessary funds for growth objectives
Results:

After an operational assessment and review, DMG was able to determine recommendations appropriate to the core business model that reduced competitor risk. DMG was able to:

  • Reposition the company within current market, which facilitated greater segment market share
  • Successfully fundraise $38M contributing to rapid growth efforts
  • Successfully facilitate merger with Sungard
