| Business Problem: | The business needed assistance in restructuring its balance sheet followed by limited business restructuring to raise capital. Diablo Management Group (DMG) was approached by Hammerhead Systems in 2007. DMG was selected to first restructure the balance sheet of the corporation and determine methods to improve operational efficiencies. Richard Couch was hired as advisor to the CEO and the Board of Trustees and selected to serve as Chairman of the Finance Committee. |
