Business Problem: In May 2004, Diablo Management Group (DMG) was retained by the ownership of Blindsgalore to successfully manage the operations of the business with Chapter 11 US Bankruptcy Court supervision.
DMG Focus:

DMG assumed fiduciary responsibility of BlindsGalore.com and voluntarily filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11. DMG managed the operational functions of the business, while simultaneously working to sell the company's assets. DMG was able to negotiate all key creditor settlements and gained approval of the asset sale by the bankruptcy court.
